While team coaching supports people who work together every day, group coaching is designed for individuals with their own goals, offering fresh perspectives, peer learning, and a supportive space to expand their thinking.

Each Group Coaching program is tailored to your organisation’s needs. Cohorts typically include up to 10 participants and run over a minimum of six sessions, creating the consistency and connection needed for meaningful growth.
